Noah’s House is preparing to launch an on line and satellite Noahide Institute, in english and spanish. The Institute will be seeking accreditation from a local Florida University. Below is a basic run down of the curriculum that is being proposed. We are still in development. But for those who have inquired we have placed this information up for your feed back. Intro to Basic Judaism (1 class 3unit)
History: The Jewish Perspective (4 Classes—3 unit credits)
One Class: Analysis of History from the Jewish perspective.
Torah (General overview 3 units, each Sefer (5) 3 units
Five Classes on Pentateuch/Chumash 3 unit credit each class
1. Bereishit, 2. Sh’mot, 3. Vayikra, 4.Bamidbar, and 5.Devarim.
In depth study of not only the mitzvot but classic and modern commentary.

Rabbinical: (5) 3 unit
Oral Torah
One class on the Talmud, explaining the Torah She’Bal Peh with emphasis on Sanhedrin
56a to 60a, the section containing the Seven Laws of Noah as well as Rambam’s Hilchot
Melachim chapters 8 through 11. A detailed analysis of the individual observance of the
Seven Laws.
Halachah
One class on the explanation of halacha with emphasis on the Mishna Torah and the
Shulchan Aruch.
Sevarah
One class on the study of Rabbinic Logic and how a Noahide can determine halacha.
Emphasis on the broad understanding of the mitzvot and halacha utilizing the Sefer
HaHinnuch and R’ Hirsch’s Horeb.
Midrash
One class on the midrash with emphasis on the commentaries of Rashi and the Midrash
Rabbah.
Kabbalah
One class on Jewish Mysticism with emphasis on the works of Aryeh Kaplan.
Siddur
One class on Noahide Prayer and Liturgy, marriage, funerals, etc.
Torah im Derech Eretz
One class on the philosophy of R’ S. R. Hirsch and the interface of Torah.
Electives/Continuing Study
A series of classes dealing with the communal observance of Noahide Law as expounded
by Nachmonides, “concerning the laws of theft, overcharging, withholding wages, the
laws of bailees and of the rapist or the seducer of minors, the various categories of
damages, personal injury, the laws of creditors and debtors, the laws of buying and
selling, etc—comparable to the civil laws about which Israel was commanded” and understanding how the Noahide Law should be the legal basis of
our contract law, property law, trust law, tort law, criminal law, constitutional law, and
international law.
Intro to Noahide Law and History: (2 classes 3units) (Must for all Noahide Ministers)
Idolatry ( 1 class –3 unit)
One class dealing with ethics, culture, and society [based on Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan’s
explaination that “the Torah warns: ‘Do not turn to the idols’ (Vayikra 19:4), which the
Gemara explains as a reference to conceptual idols, ideologies not based on the Torah
(Shabbos 149a).”]
Blasphemy ( 1 class –3 unit)
One class on the Torah’s views on modern education, modern culture, and the problems
with organized religion.
Murder( 1 class –3 unit)
One class on international law and war.
Theft( 1 class –3 unit)
One class on business and corporate law.
Illicit Sex( 1 class –3 unit)
One class on the family and community.
Limb of the Living( 1 class –3 unit)
One class on environmental law.
Social Justice( 1 class –3 unit)
One class on government and our justice system.
